In an email, Onslow College warns the school community there have been several assaults at railways stations in the past few weeks.
It says young victims had high value items - like phones or items of clothing - taken from them.
Police say two youths have been charged over violent offending at railway stations - and investigations are ongoing to identify others.
Anyone who has been robbed or assaulted on the Wellington, Hutt Valley or Kapiti train network recently is urged to contact police.
