A raft of changes have been confirmed for the early education sector

A new full pay parity rate for ECE services will see teachers that opt-in get increases of up to seven-thousand dollars a year.

The Government will also review the overall funding model.

Associate Education Minister Jo Luxton says it follows commitments made to maintaining parity with school and kindergarten teachers.

Hme-based services will now be allowed to charge a fee on top of the 20 hours ECE subsidy for two-year-olds -- announced in the Budget -- to support their income.
