Novak Djokovic is on the brink of a fourth US Open tennis title after a marathon second set in the men's final

The 23-time Grand Slam champ has a two sets to love lead after winning the tiebreak in a second set that went for an hour and 44 minutes.

It comes on the same morning a new grand slam winner from New Zealand was crowned - with Erin Routliffe and Canadian playing partner Gaby Dabrowski winning the women's doubles title.
