    Kiwi supercars driver Shane Van Gisbergen has the championship table on his mind heading into his final-ever Bathurst 1000


    The two-time winner at Mt Panorama will make a career switch to NASCAR in the United States next season.

    Van Gisbergen sits second on the ladder behind Brodie Kostecki and is refusing to overthink his final outing.



    Practice one is at 5.20 this afternoon.

    Fellow Kiwi Richie Stanaway is his co-driver.
