Concern about sexual relationships between teachers and students

Concern about sexual relationships between teachers and students

Figures obtained by RNZ under the Official Information Act reveal almost 150 reports of inappropriate relationships since 2016.

Twenty-one teachers have had registrations cancelled.

Secondary Principals Association president, Vaughan Couillault , says this shouldn't happen at all.

He says any number greater than zero is a concern.
