    Police confirm ammunition, a baton and a pocket knife, were among items seized -- in a raid at a Canterbury University student hostel


    Police searched a room at Tupuanuku Halls of Residence - about 2am on Thursday.

    A 20-year-old man will face court tomorrow, on charges of possessing an offensive weapon, and unlawful restricted weapons.
