New Zealand coach Marianne Delaney-Hoshek's revealed how this weekend's Fast5 tournament in Christchurch could help transform the game of Grace Nweke

The Silver Ferns shooter's taking part in her maiden five-a-side campaign as she makes her continued return from a knee injury.

Nweke usually remains by the post - but Delaney-Hoshek says the format will force her to be more versatile.

Centre pass in New Zealand's first match against Malawi is at 1.15 this afternoon.
