Kayaker Aimee Fisher is off the Olympics

She and Danielle McKenzie took out the K2 500 metre Oceania qualifier in Sydney to seal two more spots at the Paris Games.

The pair crossed the line in one minute, 44 point 41 seconds , nearly six seconds ahead of their nearest Australian rivals.

The win also means Fisher will be able to compete in the K1 500 metre category, alongside Dame Lisa Carrington.
