Swimmer Lewis Clareburt believes his move to Auckland has been justified with a maiden world championship in 400-metre individual medley

Swimmer Lewis Clareburt believes his move from Wellington - where he couldn't always get a 50-metre lane - to Auckland has been justified with a maiden world championship in the 400-metre individual medley at Doha

He's switched coaches in the process from Gary Hollywood to Mitch Nairn.

Clareburt has also adopted a revolutionary nutritional plan.
