Another cricket series loss to Australia for the New Zealand men... dropping the second T20 last night at Eden Park by 72 runs

Another cricket series loss to Australia for the New Zealand men... dropping the second T20 last night at Eden Park by 72 runs

One bright spot for the Black Caps was paceman Lockie Ferguson with four for 12.

And Ferguson remains optimistic about his side's chances at the upcoming World Cup.

On his own form, he says being injury-free is crucial as being a fast bowler takes its toll - while the volume of international cricket has just about doubled in his time - so managing the body is pretty important.

Australian batter David Warner will miss tomorrow's final dead rubber with adductor soreness.

Black Caps opener Devon Conway is out too with his thumb injury... Conway will be replaced by Tim Seifert.

Otago pace bowler Jacob Duffy also joins the T20 squad as cover... batter Rachin Ravindra's a chance to play game three too.
