    Wellington's CentrePort's profits are growing

The port's report for the first half of the financial year's been released for the six months to January.

It shows an underlying net profit of 6.7 million dollars - an increase of 56 percent -- revenue itself is up 10.5 percent to 51.1 million.

The performance is said to be ahead of expectations.
