The Broncos will be without key enforcer Payne Haas for the NRL grand-final rematch with the Panthers after he succumbed to a knee injury

The Broncos will be without key enforcer Payne Haas for the NRL grand-final rematch with the Panthers after he succumbed to a knee injury

Haas joins captain Adam Reynolds on the sidelines for tomorrow night's clash in Penrith.

Broncos coach Kevin Walters had named Haas in the hope the player would get through captain's run with no ill-effects but the injury flared up.

Haas will have further scans on his knee and consult a specialist to determine if he needs an extended period on the sidelines.
