Innovative New Zealand apple producing company Rockit is focussing on its international expansion

Innovative New Zealand apple producing company Rockit is focussing on its international expansion

The company will export over 200 million apples this year, almost double last year's volume.

It's the first time it will be able to export all-year round.

CEO Mark O' Donnell says doubling of sales is a result of expansion into new markets.

He says the apple's unique representation and taste has made it quite popular internationally and is competing in the fresh snacking area.
