Labour's Deputy says running Government like a business - means treating people like commodities

The Government's released a 36-point check-list - to be completed by June 30.
It includes delivering tax relief, reintroducing Three Strikes sentencing - and creating a plan around school attendance.
Carmel Sepuloni says putting it out as a list - is just window dressing.
He says the Government's leveraging the fact the Prime Minister used to be a chief executive -- to make out he's running the country like a business.
But she says many of the actions are things the Government was already going to do.
