Beer brewers say they're disappointed in the government over a bump in alcohol taxes

Beer brewers say they're disappointed in the government over a bump in alcohol taxes

The alcohol excise tax is set to increase by 4.1 percent from July.

It follows a number of increases over recent years.

But Brewers' Association Executive Director Dylan Firth says it's concerning.

He says the last government made a number of increases to the tax, but more hikes are unsustainable.
