A woman claims to have seen wanted man Tom Phillips and his three children at the Okoroire Hot Springs, near Tirau, about two hours from Marokopa

A woman claims to have seen wanted man Tom Phillips and his three children at the Okoroire Hot Springs, near Tirau, about two hours from Marokopa

She's 90 percent sure it was Phillips she saw on June 2 and called police as soon as she left the pools.

The woman says the man had a large tattoo covering his whole back -- but Police won't confirm whether Phillips has such a tattoo.

Yesterday, police were using a helicopter and operating checkpoints, stopping all vehicles and checking diver licences.

It comes after Police offered an 80-thousand-dollar reward.
