    Police have found a body after a man went missing in the Whanganui River yesterday


    The Police National Dive Squad found the man's body around 2 this afternoon.

    The death's not believed to be suspicious, and has been referred to the coroner.

    A rahui remains in place over the Whanganui River from the walk bridge at Upokongaro to the Mouth of the river at the Sea.
