The housing outlook has become clearer in recent weeks - as some mortgage rates get a shake-up

CoreLogic data shows residential property sales have weakened in June - ending a 13 month growth streak.
First home buyers are taking advantage of relatively low prices and an increased housing stock.
CoreLogic property economist Kelvin Davidson says we've seen some declines in mortgage rates from banks.
He says they're not likely to collapse, but rates drifting lower will add support to the housing market.
