Manly and South Sydney are furious at losing Haumole Olakau'atu and Cameron Murray for two matches for their involvement in the Origin decider's sideline brawl.
But Abdo says the judicial process was decided in conjunction with the clubs...and of the last 29 charges for rep fixtures, only three have resulted in suspensions - thereby proving the system is working.
