Black Caps all-rounder Rachin Ravindra has reaffirmed his commitment to playing for his country, amid the rise of Twenty20 franchise leagues

Black Caps all-rounder Rachin Ravindra has reaffirmed his commitment to playing for his country, amid the rise of Twenty20 franchise leagues

It follows a trend of New Zealand players in recent years who have opted out of central contract to become T20 guns for hire - including Trent Boult, Jimmy Neesham and former skipper Kane Williamson.

But the 24-year-old Ravindra, who's on his first contract, is putting his international honours first.
