    Sam Dakin's finished eighth in the Keirin


    Sifan Hassan has won the women's marathon.

    The Ethiopian-born runner - now representing the Netherlands - won in an Olympic record time of two hours, 22 minutes and 55 seconds via a sprint finish.

    New Zealand's Camille French finished 14 minutes back in 60th.



    The United States have beaten France 67-66 to win gold in the women's basketball - a repeat of the men's final where the US also triumphed.
