    Hezbollah pager explosions updates: Israel blamed for synchronised detonations across Lebanon — as it happened

    Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has vowed "punishment" against Israel over a wave of pager detonations in the country's south and east that killed at least 12 people.


    At least 12 people have been killed and about 2,800 injured after pagers used for communication by the militant group Hezbollah exploded in a series of blasts across Lebanon, according to local authorities.

    Hezbollah has blamed Israel for the attack and vowed "punishment".
