Keith Urban warned his daughter to "stay grounded" as she found fame

The 56-year-old singer has Sunday, 16, and 14-year-old Faith with his wife Nicole Kidman but his recently eldest made runway debut at Paris Fashion Week and he had to remind the budding star that her education is still a priority

He told US TV show 'Extra': "I'm very proud of her. But you have to get in there and keep everything balanced, too. You can get a leg up, but you are still going to have to put in your time. You are still going to have to keep your school grades good. I think just balance... This might be a part of your life, but it is not going to be your life... so let's stay grounded."

Sunday gave her first interview amid her runway debut and spoke positively of her "exciting" day in the capital of France.

She told Vogue: "We did some shopping...because how could you not come to Paris and not shop? I've been wanting to do this for so long. So when the offer came through, it was really exciting. And now the day's finally here!

Meanwhile, the 'Somebody Like You' hitmaker is celebrating his album 'High' with a string of shows and is "really grateful" that he gets to play for a variety of different people.

He said: "I feel really grateful that we play to such diverse audiences everywhere. Even within one audience, there will be every kind of person. I can see it... It is kind of everyone, and I know half of these people might not agree on much, but for two hours we are in sync. It is an amazing feeling."
