SolarZero customers - have been told not to panic about the company's liquidation

SolarZero customers - have been told not to panic about the company's liquidation

Its subscription model works on a monthly fee paid off over 20 to 25 years - for installing and maintaining the solar equipment.

Business Desk reports SolarZero didn't supply electricity - and customers had retail contracts with Genesis Energy offshoot, Ecotricity.

A spokesman says signed up customers remain with them.

It says Ecotricity's contract had no relationship with SolarZero, so no household risks being cut off because of the liquidation.
