    All go at the Christ Church Cathedral, despite restoration work on the site-remaining paused


    The Reinstatement Group begins its 12 Days of Christmas of event today, offering week-day tours inside the building.

    Visitors will be able to see the Cathedral restoration a third-complete, with the removal of scaffold allowing further detail to be seen.

    They'll also be greeted by the return of the Christchurch City Mission's 10-metre tall steel Christmas tree, which has been built inside.

    The charity will receive all proceeds from the 25-dollar tickets.
