    Former Black Cap Reece Young has outlined the importance of having a full-time wicketkeeper in the test cricket arena


    It follows concerns over incumbent Tom Blundell's form with the bat, despite his sound work with the gloves.

    The number six averages 13.52 over his last 25 innings, stretching back to March 2023.

    Young says replacing Blundell with a part-time keeper would be a mistake.
