    A person's in Middlemore Hospital in a critical condition - after witness reports of armed police, and the Eagle Helicopter outside Clendon Medical Centre - in South Auckland


    One person has said they heard yelling about someone being shot.

    A suspect is also on the loose after a violent assault on Howe Street in Auckland's Freeman's Bay about 3.25.

    A victims is in a serious, but non-life threatening condition - with injuries consistent with a stab wound.
