The Crusaders have confirmed the worst for hooker George Bell

The Crusaders have confirmed the worst for hooker George Bell

The All Black has been ruled out for the rest of the Super Rugby Pacific campaign after injuring his toe during preseason.

Crusaders coach Rob Penney explains the diagnosis.

The Crusaders have started their season with a come-from-behind 33-25 win over the Hurricanes in Christchurch.

Despite the win, they added to their long injury toll with halfback Noah Hotham suffering a high ankle sprain and flanker Ethan Blackadder dealing with a dislocated finger.
