    MetService is warning of heavy rain and severe northwest gales for parts of southern and central New Zealand tomorrow and Tuesday


    Westland and Fiordland will be hardest hit, with as much as 200 millimetres of rain falling at rates of 20-30mm and hour from 7 in the morning.
