Homeowners shouldn't expect their property's value to rise drastically any time soon

Homeowners shouldn't expect their property's value to rise drastically any time soon

Real Estate Institute figures show the national median house price is at 772-thousand dollars, down 2.4 percent on this time last year.

It's increased 1.4 percent month on month.
