    Jobs remain a bit harder to find than previously - with figures showing almost no change in filled jobs between January and February


    Service job numbers have stayed flat.

    Primary industry jobs rose one-percent, and manufacturing jobs have declined another 0.3 percent.

    Economists don't expect unemployment to start falling until the second half of this year.
