    Fonterra's reporting a 60-percent increase in demand for the product.

    Much of it's being driven by social media.

    Kelvin Jenkins -- from Wellington cheese shop The Cheese Wheel -- says local cheese makers should be able to keep up.

    He says artisan cheese makers often make fresh and cottage cheeses because they can be made quickly.
