    Moana Pasifika coach Tana Umaga admits establishing and maintaining professional habits across his squad remains a challenge


    The Auckland-based side are ramping up preparations for the new Super Rugby season starting next month.

    Umaga says he's encouraged his players to return from the summer break fitter than last year.



    Miracle Fai'ilagi has been named captain, replacing Ardie Savea.
