The Greens say the Government's attacking workers with a major change to workplace law

Parliament's voted in a Bill removing the right for those earning more than 200-thousand dollars to automatically take out a personal grievance claim.

It also lets employers determine whether workers are employees or contractors.

Green MP Teanau Tuiono says this is a dark day - and Labour leader Chris Hipkins say it's a bad move that will ill send working people backwards and could damage the economy.
