Child poverty rates have stayed the same for the year to June 2025

Stats NZ says child rates aren't recorded as a single official measure -- but about 10 measures feed into a broad look at poverty indicators.

It says in the year to June, there wasn't statistically significant movement in those measures.

There have been decreases in two primary measures of child poverty, since the year ended June 2018.
