    Kiwi Daniel Hillier shares the lead at the New Zealand Golf Open after he finished his second round with a bogey in Central Otago


    The world number 100 fired a three-under par 68 and is 11-under overall, Hillier carding an eagle, four birdies and three bogeys.

    He's stoked to be up the right end of the scoreboard.



    Compatriot and amateur Yuki Miya has closed the gap and shares the outright lead, through 13 holes.

    Aussie reigning champion Ryan Peake is in danger of missing the cut ... Peake's in the clubhouse on even par after a pair of 71s ... the projected cut is one under.
