    UN envoy says there are 'reasonable grounds to believe' Hamas committed sexual violence during October 7 attacks on Israel

    A team of United Nations experts have reported that there were "reasonable grounds to believe" sexual violence, including rape and gang rape, occurred at several locations during Hamas' October 7 attacks on Israel.
