The NZ Sharemarket dropped sharply yesterday with the NZX50 down -1.17% percent (-139.78 points) from previous close to end the day at 11,946. The most actively traded stock on the bourse, with 3.0 million shares changing hands was Promisia Healthcare Ltd, closing the day unchanged from it's opening to 0.1c. The next biggest trader was Spark (was Telecom) ($4.65) with over 2.4 million shares being traded. Rises outweighed falls by 125 to 118, with the star of the day being PaySauce Ltd (, while the biggest loser was Scott Technology (up 0%). |
