Becoming southeast 15 knots everywhere by evening. Sea becoming rough in the south for a time. Long period southwest swell 2 metres. Outlook following 3 days: Wednesday: Southerly 15 knots. Moderate southwest swell. Thursday: Southerly 10 knots, becoming southeast 25 knots but 35 knots south of Tongaporutu early. Becoming southerly 25 knots everywhere later.
