Buller, Grey and Westland
Rain, possibly heavy and thundery, easing from the south this afternoon and evening. Fine at first tomorrow, then cloudy periods and the odd shower from afternoon.
Canterbury, North Otago and Dunedin
Scattered rain today, possibly heavy. Fine spells tomorrow morning, then showers from afternoon, some maybe heavy.
Central Otago, Clutha and Southland
Mainly fine today, with isolated showers clearing this afternoon or evening. A few showers tomorrow.
