Belief we are a long way out of the inflation woods yet, with the latest numbers due out this morning

Stats NZ is providing its latest inflation update, of the three months to December at 10.45.
Forecasts range from 2.1 to 2.3 percent -- all within the Reserve Bank's target range.
The Herald's Liam Dann says inflation remains under control, but there's a couple of factors to look out for.
He says the New Zealand Dollar's down, oil prices are rising and butter and cheese prices are up.
