    WA Energy retailers overcharging

    News: On 11 November an article reported that the West Australian energy regulator (ERA) found that customers of WA energy retailers using a Centrelink bill paying service had been overcharged. The article said that all retailers had been affected. That was incorrect. The ERA only assessed that customers using seven companies were overcharged.
