    New Zealand home values have continued to fall in the past year - but two major centres have bucked the trend

    Cotality's Home Value Index has fallen one-percent in the past year - and is now 17.6 percent below the peak of late 2021.

    Breaking down annual change by city, Auckland's down 2.6 percent and Wellington down two.

    Hamilton's down 1.2, and Dunedin -- 0.3.

    But Tauranga's up one-percent, and Christchurch is up 2.6.
