Our national carrier ranked second place in the Asia-Pacific region, in the annual Cirium On-Time Performance Review.
Air New Zealand achieved an on-time arrival rate of about 80 percent.
That's up from about 77-percent in the year before, and above the global average of about 76-percent.
The airline's successfully operating more than 97-percent of its scheduled flights.
Philippine Airlines was number one in Asia Pacific, and Qatar Airways was number one globally.
