Kimberley-Clark has agreed to pay more than eighty-billion New Zealand dollars to buy Kenvue.
Kimberley-Clark makes products like Kleenex tissues, Huggies nappies, and U by Kotex tampons and pads.
Kenvue owns brands like Aveeno and Neutrogena skincare, Band-Aid bandages, and Stayfree and Carefree tampons and pads.
The Commerce Commission is assessing whether to allow the merger - if Kimberley-Clark sells off Stayfree and Carefree.
