Two hundred and seventy jobs will be slashed - in a bid to push down the cost of doing business.
The company's expanding its partnership with software company Tata Consultancy Services, to help with the likes of call centres and payroll.
Retail NZ CEO Carolyn Young says all retailers are looking at ways they can trim costs - in fact it's the most popular topic they ask for advice on.
