The NZ Sharemarket rose slightly today with the NZX50 up 0.08% percent (11.24 points) from previous close to end the day at 12,911. The most actively traded stock on the sharemarket, with over 3.8 million shares changing hands was Spark New Zealand Ltd , closing the day down 1% from it's opening to $2.49. The next biggest trader was Smartpay Holdings Ltd ($1.13) with over 2.1 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 115 to 101, with the biggest loser being 2 Cheap Cars Group Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was TruScreen Group Ltd (. |
