The NZ Sharemarket rose slightly yesterday with the NZX50 up 0.08% percent (10.88 points) from previous close to end the day at 13,548. The most actively traded stock in Wellington, with over 4.2 million shares changing hands was SkyCity Entertainment Group Ltd (NS) , closing the day up 2% from it's opening to 73c. The next biggest trader was Kiwi Property Group Ltd ($1.09) with over 1.5 million shares being traded. Rises outweighed falls by 119 to 109, with the star of the day being Manuka Resources Ltd (, while the biggest loser was RUA Bioscience Ltd (up 0%). |
